Hi All
Just want some advise on how to understand OKTA reporting ?
I have exported a OKTA user report over a 2 week time frame from the OKTA usage section.
What i am finding is that its showing some past users as ACTIVE who no longer work at the company.
When i cross check these users in our AD they have been disabled as required and when i search for them within OKTA they are deactivated.
Am i reading this the wrong way or exporting wrong ?
i am just after a current list of OKTA users .

If you are doing exactly like in the demo video and you are still seeing users with a incorrect status , please be advised that sometimes it can take for a while for the data to show updated in exported reports . If you notice that your exported reports still do not show the correct information ,even after several hours/days ,I would recommend that you open a ticket with Okta Support and a Engineer will investigate and assist you with this .
