Hello,
We are testing password changes from Okta to our AD. It seems there is a delay of passwords syncing from Okta to AD as users can still logon with their old passwords 10-20 minutes after. Is there a sync interval standard and is that something we can change?

Hi,
If the password is reset on the Okta side, the new password will be synced to AD after they have logged into Okta with the new password.
If it doesn't, you will have to verify the permissions for the AD service account. I have attached a link below:
