Our SharePoint Search service has been broken since we instituted Okta last year and now I'm tasked with fixing it. However I can't find any documentation and the only online resources I've found are not helpful. Can anyone here share their experience - hopefully successfully - setting up Search?

Vlad, Thank you for your assistance, but the Deployment Guide covers the installation of Okta and the People Picker but does not address the issue I mention above. I have a working instance of SharePoint with Okta authentication only. My problem is that the Search service is not working and stopped working when Okta was installed. I was looking for feedback from others who might have encountered a similar problem and might have advice.
