Can you please provide the guideline to configure Okta as a third-party Identity provider in AWS cognito user pool. At the same time, tableau will be configured as Service provider in Okta.

At this time we do not have any documentation on AWS Cognito as it is not part of OIN (Okta Integration Network) yet.
But doing some research I have been able to find this documentation https://docs.aws.amazon.com/elasticsearch-service/latest/developerguide/es-cognito-auth.html that you can use to integrate the app using custom SAML in Okta. From the AWS documentation we can see that it does not support IDP initiated login, so we do have a solution for this type of applications. You can simulate an IDP initiated Flow with the Bookmark App here https://saml-doc.okta.com/SAML_Docs/Simulating-an-IDP-initiated-Flow-with-the-Bookmark-App.html
