What is the migration path from developer tier to One App or Enterprise?
Let's say you are developing an app and you want to pilot with customers. At some point you ready to move on to One App for scale, SLAs, better support etc but you don't want those users having to re-create accounts... Is the only option to upgrade and forget everything?

If I am understanding it right, you would like to upgrade your Dev account to Enterprise? If so, you can always get in touch with your account executive who can assist you in making the necessary changes to your Dev account.
