There are currently no real-time alerts for password guessing or lockouts or other real-time functionalities in Okta at the moment. However, Okta does provide these activities in the system log under Reports > System log. You will need to use 3rd party tools to utilize the Okta API to acquire and manage Okta log data and setup alerts.
