I've created an application for SCIM Provisioning and SWA. I am trying to login with my provisioned users but there is no place (that I can find) to configure the App Login Page URL -- there is no SWA Settings under the General tab. When creating a new connector w/o SCIM Provisioning, there is an SWA section under the General tab. Is this a bug?

You should be able to see this option under the General Tab of the application just below the App Settings section you should see SWA Settings and you can edit them. If by any chance this section is missing please open a support ticket with us so we can troubleshoot it properly.
I did open a case on 12/7. The agent suggested I needed 2 apps, one for login and one for provisioning, which doesn't make sense to me since the assignments are app-specific. I'm following up in the case so perhaps that is a better venue for this conversation?
