When I created an Amazon Web Services application, I enabled Create Users in the provisioning tab. But when I assigned a user, I didn't see a new user in aws. Why? What does this Create User do? I hope someone can answer this question, thank you.

If you have configured everything correctly, you should have the newly created user provisioned in AWS. If something is not configured right and the user doesn't get provisioned , you will most likely find the reason for the failed provisioning job in System log 2.0.
