sayl.31187 (Customer) asked a question.

about okta to aws provisioning/create user

When I created an Amazon Web Services application, I enabled Create Users in the provisioning tab. But when I assigned a user, I didn't see a new user in aws. Why? What does this Create User do? I hope someone can answer this question, thank you.

  • If you have configured everything correctly, you should have the newly created user provisioned in AWS. If something is not configured right and the user doesn't get provisioned , you will most likely find the reason for the failed provisioning job in System log 2.0.
