HI,
Regarding SSO.
We have created developer user in OKTA and imported our active directory into OKTA and configured in Cognos configuration and installed all SSL certificates in Cognos Bin folder as per suggestion in one URL but still it is throwing error and not able to proceed further.
If it is working fine then we can continue and check SSO POC.Based on this we proceed further.

For the specific use case, can you please open a support ticket with us including the error message and also the steps that you've done when configuring this?
Trying to reproduce this in my own environment and couldn't meet the behavior even if installing the SSL certificates in one specific folder bin.
