I tried to create a SAML idp for my app to authenticate with. The last few days the Okta isp has been defaulting to signed response and assertions instead of unsigned like it used to and changing the option to unsigned still does not do anything. I am having to clone my idps from the older ones I created to avoid this. Anyone else having the same issue?

Once the settings are established Okta does not revert them and I could not find any notices of this happening.
More details should be discussed during a meeting and we encourage you to open a case with Support so that this matter can be better addressed.
