I have integrated Okat SSO with O365 and able to login successfully. I see that when I logout and try to login with different credentials it redirecting me to the same login which was logged out. Even when I try refreshing the browser it is the same. Even When I login with same user it is not aksing for the password. It is looking that password is getting sticky or some configuration.

Marius here from the Customer support team. I can see that you have opened ticket 532488 which has started an investigation to find out what is happening in there. As far as I can understand from your request, you are mentioning the Office session, and if my understanding is correct, then we're talking about a persistent cookie that is not being set by Okta, as we just handle the authentication part, the rest being handled by Office. Let's follow up on the ticket that has already been opened to further look into this. Hope you have a great rest of the day ahead!
