I use a 30-day trail account to try the integration. We have a cloud app to integrate with Okta and I want to enable SCIM, but I don't find the place to enable it or input SCIM server's configuration. This documentation https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Apps/Apps_App_Integration_Wizard.htm described how to enable it but it also said "This is an Early Access feature" . So do I need to email to Okta support to enable it?

For the free trial this should not be the case, as you should be allowed to test all the features in Okta.
