We don't use okta for presentation other than a few emails that get sent out. Those emails are customized to meet our brand. We allow users to change their login/email. When this occurs, I want to send a custom email to the previous address and the new address which I am successfully doing. The bad part which I need help with is that Okta sends an email which I can't find/edit within the Admin. The subject of the email is "Notice of email address change"

Thank you for reaching Okta Support, my name is Rares and I will assist on this one.
The email can be edited from your admin panel (Settings -> Email & SMS).

Rares, thanks for the response. I don't think I communicated my issue particularly well the first time through, so I will attempt to reword it with more detail.
Can you confirm which email template should be getting sent when I hit the endpoint for user and post over the top of the email and login?
In a recent call with Okta Support, we were told that the email to which you are referring, the "Notice of email address change" email is only generated when the user doesn't verify their email address change through Okta. If they verify the change through Okta, they instead, see the "Confirm email address change" email - the one that can be customized. The text of the "Notice" email is hardcoded and cannot be customized or disabled. This is a major issue for us. All communications should be able to be customized and/or disabled as we use strongly branded email communications, as well.
I added an IDEA to correct this. Please upvote: https://support.okta.com/help/s/idea/0871Y000000k9vcQAA/detail
I voted on the idea but I'd call this a bug. I wonder what other emails Okta will send out that I can't brand/style for myself? Does anyone have a list or is this literally the only email? If it's the only email, it's tough for me to see this is anything but a bug.
