    Hi Yong,

     

    This usually happens when the max unassignment threshold set under your Directory settings is reached. It is a default of 20%. This is setup like this to protect the admin from accidentally deleting users with changes in AD for example.

     

    If there is a need for a more particular explanation a support ticket should be opened.

    Hi Alex,

     

    Thanks a lot for your reply. Now I understand the error is caused AD settings, but I still wonder why importing more than 100 users from applications will causes user un-assignment, while less than 100 users won't. May I know the reason for that, and any suggestion on how to resolve this, thanks!
