I'd like to create a group rule that finds users that have logged in in the last 60 days. I can't seem to find the "math" query in the Okta expression language, has anyone successfully created a rule for this?

Unfortunately, there isn't any expression that can be used to capture users' last login. More over, Group Rules can be currently used only to assign users based on their Group assignments or certain attribute values.
An idea would be, if the users are AD mastered, to set up, in AD, an attribute whose value is changed every time a particular user logs in; this attribute can be mapped in Okta and used as a Group Rule statement.
