.Net MVC - Support 2FA with SAML for one of our clients
I operate a SaaS web app which is built on ASP .Net MVC5. Users simply login to our web app with username/password. We have a client with about 1000 users and they requested that we support Okta 2FA with SAML for their users. They have their own Okta account and their users already use 2FA for the client's internal apps. What would be the easiest way to integrate that capability into our existing web app?

Once your application has SAML capabilities a custom SAML application can be created in
Okta using the application integration wizard described in the article below.

After the application is created you have the option to use a preview account and
submit it on the oinmanager.okta.com platform for review by the development team
so that it can be added to he OIN.
Also, on the Sign-On tab of the application you can configure sign-on rules so that it
prompts for MFA as described in this article.
