I'd like to authenticate to okta website with email address (default and working already) and authenticate to radius with sAMAccountName - using Okta RADIUS Server Agent.
Please advise.

Okta usernames can only be in the format of a email address, however you'll need to view the below link for configuring the Radius agent setup regarding the account name for authentication.
