From the documentation that I've listed below, Federation Broker is an EA feature that you have the possibility of enabling and using it in your tenant. In order for you to enable this feature, please open up a Support Ticket.

We already have and use the federation broker mode. If you read the documentation on this feature it does not support applications from the OIN other than the SAML2 Templates.​

"This mode is only available for custom SAML Wizard and OIDC apps, not for those available in the OIN."

Hence my post asking if it could be made available for the bookmark application which is a part of the OIN set of applications.

You can suggest this on the Okta Community portal by using the 'Feedback' option at the bottom of the Okta admin console. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members of the community, therefore making it much easier for the engineering team to understand the priorities that you have for feature requests.

Yes I posted on this back in April after technical support pointed me there. Couldn't find it until now thank you.

Unfortunately this is a black hole area where Okta technical support send us when there is no answer. Now I've found the original post again (thanks) I'll bring it up with our account executive at Okta. It ties into another case we have with Okta where confirming user imports results in a timeout from Okta and 1 50% chance it did or did not import the user. That has been put down to the number of applications we have (over 900 now).
