Hi everyone. I'm new to OKTA and I'm trying to understand how the Base URL field works in the Application's General>App Settings section. The examples as you are about to type in the Base URL says something like "https://www.contoso.com:443" where the TCP port is explicitly included. If I get rid of the port, do you know if it has some influence on the sign-on process that will cause issues?
Ever since one of our OKTA admins removed the port number from one of our OKTA applications, the target application sign-on process is behaving erratically asking for multiple MFA logins.

Hi Jair, If the base URL is changed or incorrect the authentication flow can break or function incorrectly. If you would like specific troubleshooting for your environment I suggest you open a case with our Customer First Support team by clicking the "Open a Case" green button on this page.
