EnforceTimeoutVersionAgnostic

Good Morning,

 

We are implementing Okta MFA for RDPing into certain systems, and had a question about this particular setting EnforceTimeoutVersionAgnostic

 

 

 

The description states - Enforce timeout for both Windows 2012 and 2016. 

 

So if it is set to true - Where is this timeout coming from?

 

and if set to false - it will honor the windows rdp timeout set in GPO

    Hi Robert, 

     

    Without using "EnforceTimeoutVersionAgnostic" or setting it to false, it will honor the windows RDP timeout set in GPO. 

     

    When EnforceTimeoutVersionAgnostic is set to true, you will need to define the values for "ErrorTimeOutInSeconds" and "WidgetTimeOutInSeconds" as those are the values that will be enforced.
