akira1.5330549363158552E12 (Customer) asked a question.
I have about 1000 groups in my ActiveDirectory and I need to link those groups to already created groups in G Suite using the Push Groups section in OKTA admin console.
The problem is that OKTA only allow administrators to do that 1 group at a time.
I can't possibly allocate time to make 1000 groups manually, plus the high chances of human error.
The option that is left is API.
Does anyone know a solution to do that using API? In G Suite we have GAM, which allow us to use command line to execute advanced tasks at API level. Does OKTA have that?
If not, is my only option to dive into the documentation and find out myself? From scratch?
Thanks in advance.

My name is Robert and I’ll be helping you with this ticket.
We do have some documentation on the topic:
https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Directory/Directory_Using_Group_Push.htm
Basically, to save time and not have to go trough each group one by one, you can create a rule that includes as many groups as possible.
For more assistance, I would suggest opening up a support ticket.
