How can i analysis the OKTA system report to know if there are any hacked try to access OKTA System ?

Okta System Log records system events related to your organization in order to provide an audit trail that can be used to understand platform activity, to diagnose problems, to check event introspection. But it's only up to you to track this, System Log provides you detailed info where you can check every event.
System Log also supports event data export into a security information and event management system (SIEM), this could help in order to categorize and manage your events by type.
