    Hello Kristi,

     

    I don't think this is a common issue and the Okta Plugin should not affect the user's ability to access the internet.

    The first thing would be to check that the plugin is running at the latest version 5.19. If the issue persists upon uninstalling and re-installing please open a case with support so that we may further investigate.

User updated the plug in and now her internet won't work
