remove app from users profile

I have noticed that a couple of people have added 'apps' to the portal page that they do not have access to or need. It is not clear how to remove these apps when a users adds them on their own.

How do I remove the apps and is there a method I can use to prevent them from adding their own apps?

    Hi Keith,

To disable this feature for your users please disable self service under applications>self service.

    Kind regards,

The apps that are already added into specific users page can be unassigned by removing all the assignments of the app then reassigning it back to a group for example or by individually going into the users assignments. This is dependent on your user pool and if provisioning is enabled.

There is an self service option in the admin portal you can disable this from happening, otherwise if the app is already assigned, you can have it removed by going to the user's assignments.
