DoronN.31312 (Customer) asked a question.

Office 365 Federated integration

I configured an Office 365 integration for SSO with Okta.

I then imported the users from Office 365 to Okta successfully.

When I try to access Office 365 with such an imported user I get the following error: "Your account has not been configured for this application"

However, if I try to log in with a new user created in Okta after the integration was configured, everything works.

Both users belong to exact same group and both have permission to access the office 365 application.

Why is that?

  • Hi Doron,

To get a more in depth response, I suggest opening a ticket with Support since this needs further troubleshooting and it would be easier for us to provide an answer once we take a close look.
