Hello. We're in a bit of a bind...
We've added an IDP configuration to our tenant and made this primary, which is great as people go to the app, then get redirected to Okta, then redirected to the IDP. All as we expect.
The issue is, there seems to be no way for our admin accounts to login anymore. These accounts are Okta-only and not in the IDP.
Q - How can you bypass the IDP login and login just using Okta credentials?

Marius here from the Tier 2 team. The way to bypass the IDP login if you already have a default one set, is to append /login/default to your company's Okta subdomain. In example if your company's Okta subdomain is generic and you are on a production cell, use generic.okta.com/login/default to bypass any IDP's.
