  • Hi Benjamin,

You can download the "Okta Password Health" report from the Reports tab.

In the downloaded .csv, you will have the "Authentication Source" column, which will let you know if AD or Okta is the master of the user and you can easily filter out the data you need.

    Have a great day!

Thanks, but authentication source is not the same as profile master... if our users are mastered by our HR system it won't be indicated here as they don't log into Okta via the HR system.

  • Are you having AD mastered users that are not using Delegated Authentication to easily filter these out? If that's the case the other option is to go to Directory -> People -> More Actions -> Disconnect from AD and see which users are currently mastered by AD from the Okta dashboard.

I don't see an easier way to get this kind of data.

No, all users, independent of profile mastery, are leveraging AD delegated auth.

Thanks for the help, but it doesn't like there's any real way to see this other than filling a custom attribute when HR masters a record... which is unreliable and not a great solution.
