nz2v5 (nz2v5) asked a question.

ServiceNow to OKTA user account synchronization

Has anyone found a way to flag a OKTA account as inactive if the account in SNOW is set as inactive? We are trying to manage the accounts in ServiceNow to reduce the back and forth between OKTA. We have the API configured and importing the accounts works but if i disable the account in SNOW it does not disable the account in OKTA.

Any ideas? 🙂

  • Hello Efren,

Your request is that when an user is disabled in Service Now that he is disabled in Okta as well.

This can be achieved through profile mastering but since Service Now is not present in the Profile Masters

list it does not have control over the users that exist in Okta.

Here is the list of the profile masters that are currently available.
