While researching in the Help Center this AM I came across info that provides direction on how to schedule and email lifecycle reports however I'm now unable to locate that info.

Hi, To manage the email notifications that you receive as an admin please check under the Settings-Emails & SMS section in your Okta admin portal.
Here you can see what types of email notifications specific to your admin account.
