Does Okta yet have support for HTTP-Redirect binding for SLO?

Key notes to take into consideration :
- Single endpoint for both POST and Redirect.
- RelayState must be preserved from LogoutRequest to LogoutResponse (same as SSO)
- LogoutResponse shall always use the HTTP-Post Binding just like WebSSO Profile.
