I'm looking to implement Okta SCIM Group PATCH (as per https://developer.okta.com/standards/SCIM/*scim-11-5 ).
No able to find any documentation around how to enable this. Anyone having experience implementing this?

The reason for which there isn't much of documentation around this subject is because, as it is mentioned in the link you have provided, the feature is still in beta. More details around this subject is going to be available as soon as the product is going to be migrated to Early Access.

Is there any work of when this will move to EA? As I understand vendors will not / (can not?) implement this for OIN apps while the feature is in beta
This includes all the Group operations required to support the Push Group feature
