I got the SSO setup with Success Factors.
AD <--> Okta <--> Success Factors
AD = Username = Mike.smith or msmith
Okta = Username = Same as AD
Success Factors = Employee Number = 1234

it will recognize upon matching rules under section of AD settings in OKTA.
