Yes, it looks like Box does support the ability to map custom values, using the Provisioning Feature, and by default the OAN App appears to map to the Box secondEmail attribute.
This can be seen under Directory > Profile Editor > and pressing the Mappings button next to the BOX application. From there, select the Okta to Box configuration, and the mappings should be visible to you.
