Issue: Office/Lync 2013 and Office 365 authentication prompts
Hello,

We have Office 365 deployed in a hybrid Exchange 2010 configuration and an on-premises Lync 2010 setup.  About 99% of my users' mailboxes are in Exchange Online and we just rolled out Office 2013/365 Pro Plus.  Last week we switched from ADFS to Okta, and since the switch all seems to work well except that a portion of users are receiving constant authentication prompts in the Lync 2013 client (for auth to Exchange Online for Calendar data, etc; Lync itself works just fine).  Some are also receiving prompts to authentication Office 365 when working in Office documents.  The Okta browser plugin and MS Online Services Assistant are installed on all workstations.  The Lync 2010 client does not seem to have any trouble connecting to Exchange, and not all Lync 2013 clients have trouble either, which points to a local issue possibly.  For instance, I have a laptop and desktop..the Lync 2013 client on my desktop has no issues, the 2013 client on my laptop constantly prompts for authentication.  Since this began happening after the switch to Okta, I just wanted to see if anyone here has seen something similar... it's very annoying.

Thanks!

-Justin
