I am not sure I 100% understand what you are asking. Can you elaborate a bit more on what you'd like to accomplish ?

I'm referring to each of the icons associated with "Apps" that Okta can serve in it's mobile UI. The content of "Apps" behind the icons refreshes based on content postings. Could the mobile OKTA icon show a number in a circle like the above screenshot (example of how an email application handles this new content)?
