Can I use custom attributes with the "Profile Sync" provisioning option on Office 365?
We have a need for our support team to administer accounts from within Office 365, so User Sync is not a suitable option.

 

Is it possible to synchronise custom attributes to Office 365 (imported from Active Directory), such as Title, etc. while using the "Profile Sync" provisioning option? I have added the relevant attributes into the Office 365 application profile and testing returns the correct data - However, this doesn't seem to propagate to Office 365.

    Hi Mihal,

     

    Thanks for the link to the PDF. Does Okta provide any other method of importing specific AD attributes (for example PhoneNumber) into Office 365, without preventing our ability to administer accounts from within Office 365? If not, I will suggest it as a feature.
