we are migrating our SSO for SuccessFactors from ADFS to Okta. We found the Okta Verified SuccessFactors application in Okta and added it. Now, we would like to ensure that the username is converted to lowercase before sending to Okta in the SAML respon

    Hello Jason,

     

    If you have Universal Directory as a SKU you purchased from Okta. You can manipulate the users profile attributes to convert values from Uppercase to Lowercase and vice versa with custom expression language provide by Okta.
