Workday RTS API Admin Level
Hi, I iwas wondering what level of privilege the API token for WorkDay Real Time Sync requires - does it need to be a super admin or is application admin sufficient?

(Okta, Inc.)Hello George, Since Workday will be Profile master, to ensure that there will be no issues with the implementation is the future we recommend to use a Super admin as it will have all necessary right. As the Org admin does not have the right to assign user to applications, hence the reason for using the Super Admin API token.If you have additional questions don't hesitate to open a ticket with Support.
