Changed password but not working
I am havinga an issue with my passwords. I have updagted the okta password for an app but it drops off one of the duigits no matter how many times I have updated it via the okta page. I have cleared out the app completely and set it up fresh but it still will not enter int he full password during single sign on.

    It's hard to say what might be creating this password issue for you without taking a closer look. Perhaps as a test you could try using a shorter password or "temporarily for testing" use a less secure password to see if special characters might be the issue. In any event, if you submit a request to Support, we'd be happy to troubleshoot with you further.
