Viewing group membership rule exclude condition
Our client has a group membership rule which appears to have an exclude condition. As we did not create the rule, nobody know what the exclude is.  Is there a way to view the entire rule  including the exclude condition without having to deactivate the rule (to enable the edit button) and then re-activating it?  Thanks

    Hi Karen,

If the rule has any exclusions, they should be listed even if the rule is active. When you click on Directory | Groups | Rules the rule should be listed with rule name, the rule condition and any exclusions below it. Another trick is if you right-click in the row of the rule (in browser) and select “Inspect element” you can search for the rule name. You should be able to see the underlying rule conditions and exclusions in the section with heading class=”exclude-users-list”.

     Hope that helps

    Theo
