Okta MFA off network

My network is comprised of over a hundred firewalls with a dynamic IP. Can Okta MFA OffNetwork whitelisting resolve dyndns ?

Unfortunately, we do not have any options to allow dynamic IPs being recognized as on/off network in Okta.
The specific IPs/IP ranges must be added to the network configuration in Okta.
