Well, Oracle EBS does not support SAML Authentication natively. SSOGEN SPGateway acts as a SAML SP with Okta, and as a SSO Server for Oracle EBS. SSOGEN is already on Okta Application Network (OAN).
User logins at EBS URLs would go through Okta SSO Login, and Users can launch EBS from Okta Portal as well. This information is good for both Oracle EBS 12.1.3 and 12.2. SSOGEN is an okta partner.
