How do you reset the Save Password pop-up?
The Save Password pop-up windows has stopped showing up for some users, possibly because they at some point clicked on "Disable for all apps". I assumed this was controlled by a cookie, and that resetting their browser cache would restore the functionality, but it doesn't appear to be working for some people. Any other suggestions?

Thanks!

This could either have been affected by the Okta administration (suggest checking in the Admin console, Settings, Customization, and towards the bottom left hand configuration settings "Browser Plugin") Or the user has set the individual browser settings to disable which is outside of Okta's control.

For example with Firefox, go to Preferences, Security, and ensure "Remember Login for Sites" is checked and or there is not an exception for your Okta tenant. Similarly, in Chrome, check Settings, Show Advanced, Passwords and Forms and make sure it's enable and or no "Never Saved" websites, and the same for IE and or Safari.
