Okta Access Token Is Changing - stormpath
We have been informed in a mail with subject "Okta Access Token Is Changing", that starting from Oct. 6. Okta is making a change to the cryptographic signature for the Okta Access Token.

We have recently migrated our users from stormapath to Okta, and we are using spring boot and the corresponding

  <groupId>com.stormpath.spring</groupId>

  <artifactId>stormpath-default-spring-boot-starter</artifactId>

  <version>2.0.2-okta</version>

maven dependency.

I assume we should not do any change, but to be absolutely sure I am asking you too whether we need to do some other change.

Thanks!

Best regards

  • Thank you for contacting Okta Support.

Based on the information you have provided us with, it doesn't seem like you are going to be affected. Anyhow, in order to be sure that this change is not going to have any impact, just use a custom Access Token.

    Thank you,

    Paul Auer
