    Hi Katie,

     

    I'm assuming the account you're using is being prompted for MFA and you don't want it to be. You could create rules for that user to not be prompted in the app sign on and Okta sign on policies. However, you'll want to make sure that the test account doesn't have access to any sensitive information within those apps and Okta because of the removed MFA constraint.
