How to download file in Okta Mobile browser? Is Okta Mobile browser appearance customizable?
The environment:  iPad running 9.3.0 and another running 9.3.1 (same behavior)

Question 1) How to download file in Okta Mobile browser?

Browsing to a website in the context of Okta Mobile works fine but pressing a hyperlink to download a file does not reveal a similar Safari-esque view to download the file, copy it to X, etc.  If there's a handler for the file type (like PDF), it will render the file but the file cannot be downloaded.  Just wondering if this is by design or there's a user error.

Question 2) Is Okta Mobile browser appearance customizable?

Okta Mobile presents back and forward buttons in the lower left vs. a more traditional upper left location.  In the upper left is an arrow which returns you to the Okta Mobile applications available to a user.

Is there a way to customize the appearance in a manner which might put the back and forward buttons in the upper left and the apps in the lower left?  Or is any customization available to change the location and appearance of the Okta Mobile browser?

    Hello Jerry,

    1. You can download the Okta Mobile app directly from the Google or Apple stores.  Search for "Okta Mobile"

    2. The app is preconfigured and can't be edited.

    1. Thanks for the answer but let me clarify since I think you answered a different question.  I already have Okta Mobile and am using it.  The issue is when using Okta Mobile, I can navigate to an arbitrary website within the internal browser and on a hyperlink which normally might let me download a file, I cannot.

    2.  Bummer.

Thanks for the clarification.  I will take that back to engineering and see if we can allow downloads in the future.  Currently, it let's you open the attachments.

Yes, I my experience coincides with your coment; it is only opening documents instead of downloading.  It would be nice to have the ability to download.  Thanks for taking it to engineering.
