  • This is Bogdan from Okta support,

In order to disable the app import notifications you'll have to go to Settings>Account>Uncheck App user import status

These email notification settings are specific to your admin account and do not impact other admins.

Basically, each admin that would like to disable these notifications will have to take this step.

    Thank you,

Bogdan is correct, and it is one of the really annoying things not being able to configure global notification settings. I can understand allowing an admin to override their own settings, but there should be an option to set the default for the account.

    Thanks,
