Hi, it depends on which feature flags have been enabled for your tenant (which is dependent on which modules you are using with Okta).

By default you should be able to go to the Security, Authentication tab, and in the top section of the Active Directory section, you should be able to enable self-service password reset there.

Hope that helps answer your question.

    Hey Kevin,

I have both the boxes checked for changing their password and unlocking their account under the "Delegated Authentication". The part I am trying to figure out is how does a user unlock their account? I see that you can do it in association with SMS (which we have set up), but I do not have the password polciy tab to actually do that.

Here is the document I have been looking at - https://support.okta.com/help/articles/Knowledge_Article/Configuring-Group-Password-Policies

I am looking under the "Configuring Password Policy Rules " section.

Hi, there is a feature flag called GROUP_PASSWORD_POLICY to anable special password policies where you will get the text shown in the docs that you sharred. You should be able to go to just the Security Policy tab with you configuration, and enable the SMS lower down in the page.

You could also contact support and ask to get the Group Password Policy feature flag enabled if you're entitled to this capability with your Okta license.
