I have a user who has this error - "Office 365 login failure.Your account has not been configured for this application"This worked previously for the user, and the app is configured for the user in the Okta portal

    So - I have removed and re-added the user in question to the relevant App group, and the application is now available to the user.
  • The root cause of this issue is caused by either a blank "immutableID" value in AzureAD or a missmatched immutableID value in Azure and and the assigned user in Okta immutableID value.

    Get these to match and possibly run an import (if needed) from O365 to Okta and that should do the trick.

    Was seeing this issue when I had Cloud Only AzureAD accounts that did NOT have an immutableID and then we implemented Okta for SSO to O365. Hope this helps.
