    Marius here from the Customer Support team. There are 2 use cases here :

    1. You are an end-user on the tenant that is using Okta verify : the best approach here would be reaching out to the internal IT helpdesk team to perform an MFA reset on your account. The next time you will login after they will do the operation, you'll see a QR code on the screen which will allow you to enroll your device again.

    2. You are an admin on the tenant that is using Okta verify : you either request an MFA reset to another admin that is close by in the office, or call the support line at the phone numbers provided here : okta.com/contact.

    Just to know, the application does not remember that you previously had another instance of Okta Verify,so try reinstalling the app as rare as you can to ensure that you have little downtime.
